welcome to our site!

EverlastingDesign.com is the trading name and the one roof of a well structured outsourcing network of independent professionals offering a wide variety of web, graphic and printing services directly to clients from anywhere around the world, in the same manner a credible organised company would.

Our network is made up of professionals strategically based in the UK and abroad, allowing us to work efficiently and consequently providing high quality results at lower rates than those of our competitors whenever possible.

The network is run and managed from its ‘nerve-centre’ in the UK, where the liable and responsible team is based.

Clients deal directly and solely with the network’s managers, who are the responsible providers of any services required. The whole process to engage our services is simple and effective as long as it is adhered to by the client:

  • 1. Client contacts us via email or telephone and requests a quotation for a particular service/project
  • 2. We send a simple interactive PDF questionnaire to client who fills it in and submits it back to us with a simple click of a button (being able to print a copy for personal record)
  • 3. According to the answers provided we are able to put together a formal proposal with quotation and deadline, which we send to client in PDF for approval and signature, as this will be our contract. The client prints the form, signs and sends it by fax or by email
  • 4. The client pays deposit online through PayPal
  • 5. Work commences – client seats back and relaxes while we work backstage within our web of international sources to achieve the best results at the lowest possible rates
  • 6. Client revises project progression two or three times for alterations
  • 7. Client approves finished project within agreed deadline, receives it and settles final payment online through PayPal
  • 8. Project concluded and sign-off

We operate web-based. This website is our main business outlet while the internet provides the main means of communication between clients and us (without heavy financial commitments with expensive premises and business rates).  We work as freelancers (independent professionals) tied up contractually to the proprietors of EverlastingDesign.com, from our own studios, mostly home-based. We also outsource printing jobs to highly trusted associates who charge the lowest possible prices without compromising on superb quality. The way we work allows us to pass massive savings on to clients whilst offering a diverse range of web design, graphic design and printing services at very unbeatable rates (in most cases).

We believe we can successfully produce high standard finished products even if worked on with very limited budgets or tight deadlines. Having said all this, why not have a word with us and see if we can assist?

Dispelling a myth (FYI):

Feeling safer doing business with a registered company rather then with sole traders like us:

Well, big misconception, because a sole trader does business by putting both personal reputation and personal assets on the line, thus forced to be far more careful and ethical when contracted. A registered limited company (Ltd) is a legal entity/persona and in generally protected by limited liability, which means its owners do not risk their personal assets if something goes wrong, consequently making the whole dealing with clients more impersonal or detached. Believe it or not, most business people opt for registering as limited companies to safeguard their own personal assets and personas and massively limit their liability – so what is generally misinterpreted by potential clients as enhanced status credibility, a registered company is mostly a legal device to lessen liability.

A sole trader is a legal trading entity/persona in all aspects so the relationship with a customer HAS to be personal as far as business dealings are concerned.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
